Help build the future of autonomous AI
We're a remote-first team building the platform engineers use to design, ship, and scale AI agents in production. If you want your work in front of developers shaping the agentic era, you'll feel at home here.

Work on AI agents that ship real work
AI Agentics careers sit at the intersection of cutting-edge research and pragmatic engineering. We build the orchestration runtime, SDKs, tool integrations, and observability that let teams move an agent from a clever prototype to a reliable production system. That means real distributed-systems problems, real LLM behavior to tame, and real users who depend on what you ship.
The agentic shift is the defining story of this decade. Patterns like ReAct, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, vector memory, and multi-agent orchestration are moving from papers into products — and we're building the infrastructure underneath them. If you've read about AI agent frameworks and wanted to help design the next one, this is the place.
We keep teams small, decisions fast, and ownership wide. You won't wait three sprints for sign-off — you'll talk to customers, ship, measure, and iterate. New engineers commit to production in their first week, and everyone, regardless of role, gets time to build with the very SDKs our customers use. Curious what we're building? How we take care of the team
Compensation is competitive, but the day-to-day is what keeps people here: autonomy, great tools, and the room to do your best work.
Remote-first
Work from anywhere across our supported time zones. We're async by default — clear writing beats meetings, and your calendar stays yours.
Meaningful equity
Every full-time teammate gets equity. As an early hire, you share in the upside of the platform you're helping build.
Learning budget
An annual budget for courses, conferences, books, and API credits — including time to experiment with new models and frameworks.
Health & wellbeing
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a monthly wellness stipend for whatever keeps you healthy and focused.
Top hardware
A high-spec laptop, external displays, and a home-office stipend so your setup never gets in the way of the work.
Generous time off
Flexible PTO with a four-week minimum we actually encourage, paid parental leave, and company-wide recharge weeks.
Roles we're hiring for right now
Don't see an exact match? We still want to hear from exceptional people building in the agentic space — reach out and tell us what you'd own.
- Senior Agent Engineer — Own the orchestration runtime — the agent loop, planning, retries, and guardrails that keep autonomous workflows reliable at scale.
- ML / LLM Engineer — Push the reasoning core: prompt and tool-calling pipelines, evaluation harnesses, fine-tuning, and RAG over vector stores.
- Frontend Engineer — Build the agent builder, trace viewer, and dashboards in React and Next.js — turning complex agent state into clear, fast UI.
- Developer Advocate — Create docs, sample agents, and talks that help developers go from zero to a shipped agent. Part teacher, part engineer.
- Product Designer — Design intuitive flows for building, debugging, and observing multi-agent systems — making the abstract feel concrete.
- Solutions Engineer — Partner with enterprise customers to architect agentic workflows, integrate tools and APIs, and get pilots into production.
- Account Executive — Help platform and engineering teams adopt agentic AI — consultative selling to technical buyers who value real outcomes.
How to apply
We review every application personally. Send a short note about the role and a link to something you've built (an agent, a repo, a demo, a write-up) via our contact page — mention "Careers" and the role title. No cover letter required.

Where the team spends its time
We optimize for leverage, not headcount. Every hire should be able to point at something users feel.
Because the team is lean and the surface area is large, you'll touch problems most engineers only read about: streaming tool calls, agent memory, multi-tenant isolation, and SOC 2-grade security for autonomous systems. Want the product context first? See what we've built.
What our interview process looks like
Five focused stages, usually wrapped up in two to three weeks. We respect your time and give a clear answer at every step.
1. Apply
Send a short note and a link to your work. We read everything and reply — yes or no — within a few business days.
2. Intro call
A 30-minute conversation about your background, what you want to build, and whether the role and the team are a fit both ways.
3. Technical / craft session
A practical, role-specific exercise — a real (paid) problem or a portfolio deep-dive. No whiteboard puzzles, no gotchas.
4. Team interviews
Meet a few future colleagues to dig into collaboration, decision-making, and how you think about agentic systems.
5. Offer
We move quickly. You'll get a transparent offer with comp, equity, and leveling explained — plus references on request.
Our promise
No ghosting, ever. You'll always know where you stand and who your next point of contact is. If timing isn't right, we'll tell you why and keep the door open.
Get to know how we build
The best way to understand the work is to read the things we read and ship. Here's where to start.
